natallie is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you, stays on your device, and is never transmitted to anyone, including us.
The short version:
We do not collect, transmit, store, share, sell, or have access to any data you create in natallie. There are no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no third-party trackers, and no advertising. Everything you tap, log, or write stays in your browser's local storage on your own device.
When you use natallie, the following data is created and stored locally on your device only:
This information is stored using your browser's standard local storage mechanism. It is not sent over the internet. We have no way to access, view, modify, or recover this data.
natallie includes features that let you export your own data as CSV or backup files. When you use these features, the data is generated on your device and downloaded to your device. We do not see, copy, or process the exported files.
If you choose to share an exported file with someone else (for example, by emailing it to a researcher or therapist), that sharing is your action and is governed by the privacy policy of whatever service you use to share it.
natallie uses a service worker to enable offline functionality. The service worker caches the app's code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) on your device so the app loads quickly and works without an internet connection. The service worker does not transmit your data anywhere.
The natallie app code (the website itself) is hosted on Vercel, a static hosting service. When you load natallie.app in your browser, Vercel may receive standard server logs that any web host receives. These logs typically include IP address, browser type, and the page requested. They are managed by Vercel under their own privacy policy and are not used by us for any purpose. We do not access, analyze, or retain these logs.
Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
natallie is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app does not collect or transmit data, there are no special data handling concerns related to children's data.
If this policy ever changes, for example if natallie introduces an optional cloud sync feature in the future, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Any change that introduces new data processing will require your explicit opt-in. Existing local-only behavior will not change without your action.
Because we do not collect, store, or process your personal data, there is no data for us to delete, export, or correct on your behalf. Your data lives on your device. You can:
